The agreement between you and Store Shop Central when you use storeshopcentral.com or place an order.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of storeshopcentral.com and to every order you place with Store Shop Central, 1104 Bell Dr, Midwest City, OK 73110, USA. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our privacy policy, shipping policy and return policy.
2. Orders and payment
When you place an order on the checkout page you are making an offer to buy. We confirm it by emailing a secure payment link. A contract is formed when you complete payment on that link. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and we will refund anything you have paid.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated for your delivery address and shown on your payment link. Orders delivered in Oklahoma include the state sales tax of 4.5% plus applicable city and county taxes. We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate, but if we find a mistake we will contact you before shipping.
4. Promotions
Promo code CENTRAL10 gives 10% off eligible items and cannot be applied to gift cards or the current window deal. The window deal discount applies only until midnight Central time on the day shown. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may end at any time.
5. Gift cards
eGift cards sold on the Gift Card Desk are issued by their brands and are governed by the brand's own terms, including where and how they can be used. Store Shop Central does not add fees or expiration dates. Treat gift cards like cash; we cannot replace a card once its code has been delivered.
6. Product information
Product photos are for illustration and packaging may change. Supplements and personal care items are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read labels and follow manufacturer directions.
7. Use of the site
Please do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use. All text, graphics and the Store Shop Central name and logo belong to us or our licensors.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act (15 O.S. § 751 et seq.) or other consumer laws that cannot be waived.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be handled by the state courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
